The theme support includes 6 months item support (12 months, if the support period has been explicitly extended).
The "single" license allows the theme to be used on a single website.
Only the "extended" license allows usage on multiple different websites.
Item support includes:
- Availability of the author to answer questions
- Answering technical questions about item’s features
- Assistance with reported bugs and issues
- Help with included 3rd party assets
However, item support does not include:
- Customization services
- Installation services
- Hosting and server environment
- Bugs and issues related to third-party, non-bundled plugins or assets (i.e. items installed separately from the theme).
